Yes. We proudly serve the Dallas metropolitan area and surrounding communities. If your location is within approximately a 60-minute radius, our team will be able to assist you.

How can I schedule a cleaning appointment with Dawa Cleaning Services?

Appointments can be scheduled by calling our office directly or booking through our website. Both options are designed to provide convenient access to our services.

Do you supply your own cleaning products and equipment?

Yes. We provide all necessary eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment. Should you have specific product preferences, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your request.

Can I include special requests or optional extras with my service?

Our booking page includes a selection of optional extras you may add to your service. For any specific requests, please provide the details in the ‘Additional Information’ section when booking. Alternatively, you may reply directly to your confirmation email or log in to your account to include any comments you would like applied to your service.

How do I change my credit card?

Log into your account and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

Can I apply a coupon or gift card to an existing appointment?

Yes. Simply enter your coupon or gift card code in the booking form when creating your reservation. The final price will automatically adjust to reflect your available balance. You may also log into your account at any time to review and apply any remaining gift card balances.

Why are vouchers for first time customer only?

Our vouchers are designed as a welcome incentive for new clients. However, we also provide ongoing savings opportunities for returning customers, including discounts on recurring services, seasonal promotions, and special offers for holidays and birthdays.

How do I refer a friend?

You can access your unique referral ID by logging into your account. Share this ID with friends, and when a friend books through your referral link, they will receive a $25 discount. Additionally, you will earn a $25 referral reward, which can be applied toward a future service.

In the rare event that an issue arises during your appointment, we are committed to resolving it promptly. Simply notify us right away, and our team will take the necessary steps to make it right.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Absolutely. We utilize multiple layers of security to protect your information. Our booking platform is secured with extended validation SSL encryption. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which employs its own 256-bit security protocols. Additionally, we never store your credit card details—only a secure token that authorizes payments. Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes. As part of our rigorous hiring process, every applicant must successfully pass a detailed nationwide background check before joining our team.

What is your satisfaction guarantee policy?

We stand behind the quality of our services with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, we will return within 24–48 hours to re-clean at no additional cost. If you remain unsatisfied after the re-clean, we will provide a partial refund.

What is your refund policy?

If a service does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours. We will promptly send a team to resolve the issue. If, after the re-clean, you are still not satisfied, we will issue a partial refund in recognition of your concerns.
